The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant as a result of a breach of his day parole.
Colin Palmer is described as a Caucasian male, 46 years of age, 5'9'' (177cm), 180 lbs (82 kgs) with light brown hair and blue eyes. He has number of tattoo's;
- back of neck - Fighting Irish Leprechaun Skeleton
- left upper arm - Native Art Work - Bird
- left forearm - two words
Colin Palmer is serving a two-year, ten-month sentence for;
- possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (x2)
The offender is known to frequent the Hamilton, Six Nations Reserve and Cambridge, Ont.
