Hamilton Conservation Authority (HCA) is approaching the completion of our current five-year strategic plan and has initiated the process to update and inform a new plan for 2025 to 2029. HCA's strategic plan is a guidance document that will provide big-picture goals and ways to achieve them.
We invite you to provide insight as we craft a new strategic plan that will guide our actions and priorities in the years to come. Whether you're an avid outdoor enthusiast, a concerned citizen, or simply someone who cherishes the beauty of our local landscapes, we want to hear from you. Help identify what areas of HCA's work are most important to you and what HCA should focus on to address the opportunities and challenges of the future.
HCA has also been seeking input from municipal partners, its Board of Directors, local non-governmental organizations, Indigenous partners, and staff. The final plan will be presented to the Board for endorsement.
